Dream Team
Imagine the best physicians, doctors, scientists, world-leaders, professors in the world gathered with one purpose: to save the world! This is probably the best way to explain the music-experience when a handfull of the best musicians in the world get on a stage together and jam the best music ever.
We can be proud that we got to experience this dreamteam here in little Norway, but the music ruled other countries as well, Switzerland, France, Turkey, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and Spain. They all got to be venues for The Legends Jazz festival tour 97
There has been several excellent music experiences through-out time. Gary Moore with John Lee Hooker, Mark Knopfler together with Chet Atkins, and what about a set with: Eric Clapton, Jimmie Vaughan, Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Dr. John and Art Neville.?? ( oh , had I ever been there!!!) That show was a invite only, and was dedicated to their fallen companion: Stevie Ray Vaughan. But we can agree that it would "almost" be the closest we can get to the Legends.... : )
